PR Sales Manager – Renewable Energy

This role requires the candidate to work remotely from Manila, Philippines. With a strong international presence and extensive experience in research, development, manufacturing, and global sales, the company serves customers across multiple international markets. The organization continues to expand its global commercial operations and is strengthening its sales presence across emerging renewable energy markets. The company is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to develop regional business opportunities, expand customer networks, and accelerate the adoption of energy storage and solar solutions. Job Role The PR Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market development for energy storage and photovoltaic module products across the assigned region. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, market intelligence, and sales execution to achieve commercial targets and strengthen the company's regional market presence. The position requires a commercially minded sales professional with strong international sales experience, knowledge of the renewable energy sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and other industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and market development for energy storage and photovoltaic module products within the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Execute regional sales strategies and company policies to achieve revenue and sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and expand the company's customer base. Monitor market trends, industry policies, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Conduct market research and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Manage customer feedback, commercial issues, payment collection, and follow-up activities. Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other business development activities. Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and business development recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and smooth execution of commercial activities. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience, including at least 2 years of experience in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic, or related renewable energy markets. Strong understanding of overseas sales processes, renewable energy market dynamics, and relevant business models. Established customer, distributor, or industry networks within the assigned market is highly advantageous. Experience conducting market research and developing regional business opportunities. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full business development cycle independently. Experience working with Chinese-funded companies or international renewable energy companies is preferred. Strong adaptability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment. Professional proficiency in English and the local language is required.
