The Opportunity:
For our team in Bangkok we are looking for a Principal Google Workspace Administrator with deep, hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a complex corporate environment. This role requires top-level technical knowledge, strong ownership, and the ability to lead administration, security, governance and support for Google Workspace services at scale.
What You'll Do:

  • Own and lead the administration of the Google Workspace environment, including Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, Shared Drives and the Google Admin console.
  • Act as the senior technical authority for Google Workspace, providing principal-level expertise across architecture, configuration, governance, security and operational support.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Google Workspace user and group administration, including provisioning, deprovisioning, organizational units, permissions, delegation and policy enforcement.
  • Design, implement and maintain security controls across Google Workspace, including access management, data protection policies, sharing controls, retention settings and administrative best practices.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Google Workspace issues affecting mail flow, account access, Google Drive permissions, calendar functionality, collaboration tools and service integrations.
  • Provide expert support for Google Workspace migrations, service changes, platform improvements and business-driven configuration updates.
  • Develop and maintain standards, procedures and governance for Google Workspace administration to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure and business teams to align Google Workspace services with company policies, compliance requirements and user needs.
  • Monitor platform health, usage trends and administrative activities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance and user experience.
  • Support escalated end-user and operational issues through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, ensuring strong ownership, clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and technical leadership to other IT team members on Google Workspace administration and support practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Google Workspace environment by identifying automation, optimization and standardization opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience administering a Google Workspace environment in a corporate setting, with clear hands-on ownership of platform configuration, policy management and end-user services.
  • Principal-level knowledge of Google Workspace administration, with deep expertise across Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, Shared Drives and the Google Admin console.
  • Proven experience designing and managing Google Workspace governance, security controls, user lifecycle administration and collaboration policies at scale.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Google Workspace issues in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems in a structured IT support or operations environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • A high level of ownership, sound judgment and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced global environment.
  • English: full professional fluency.
  • A team player with the ability to lead by example and raise the technical standard of the function.
