<p>Source2One is seeking an experienced procurement professional who knows how to turn sourcing opportunities into measurable, realized savings.</p><p><br></p><p>We are an operator-led procurement value creation firm that partners with public and private equity-owned companies as an extension of their procurement teams. Our clients pay us based on the savings we deliver, with no retainers or management fees.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p><br></p><p>• Lead sourcing initiatives across professional services, HR services, marketing, travel, facilities, and other corporate services categories</p><p>• Analyze spend, supplier contracts, and business requirements to identify actionable savings opportunities</p><p>• Manage RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms</p><p>• Work directly with stakeholders and suppliers to implement agreements</p><p>• Track and validate realized savings</p><p>• Own initiatives from spend analysis through sourcing, negotiation, implementation, and savings realization</p><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p><br></p><p>• Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating corporate services categories</p><p>• A proven track record of implementing savings while maintaining service quality</p><p>• Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills</p><p>• The ability to work independently and manage multiple client initiatives</p><p>• Experience supporting procurement transformation or private equity portfolio companies is a plus</p><p><br></p><p>This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving procurement challenges, and seeing their work translate directly into financial results.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a 100% remote role.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation is 100% performance-based.</p>
