Production Technician (1st Shift) Up to $19.75/Hour! Quick Hire!

We are seeking Production Technicians on 1st Shift!

1st shift: 7:00-3:30, Mon-Friday, some OT may occur.

Pay: $18-$19.75/HR

The Production Technician is an essential and versatile member of the manufacturing company. This role is responsible for the assembly and quality validation of GenDrive fuel cell technology. Ideal candidates for this role possess a background in the manufacturing of electro-mechanical assemblies, along with a quality focus and strong attention to detail. The Production Technician role is also very safety-focused and committed to working in a collaborative team environment to achieve manufacturing goals.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components utilized in manufacturing GenDrive fuel cell technology; assembly tasks are electro-mechanical in nature
  • Ability to read, interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions
  • Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education/training is preferred
  • At least one (1) of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
