Property Management Leasing Assistant- Night Shift

About Us

Real Property Management Quest is a fast-growing property management company serving the southern Dallas County area. We help investors protect their assets, optimize rental performance, and provide an exceptional experience to tenants and property owners. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with experience in property maintenance coordination and administrative support.

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant will support leasing operations, customer service, and administrative functions. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization and calendar management.

Training will be provided.

This role begins as a part-time position with the goal of transitioning to full-time after six months based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Application Processing

  • Review rental applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Conduct background, credit, employment, and rental history checks
  • Prepare application summaries for management approval

Customer Service & CRM Management

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from tenants and owners
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Assist with onboarding new properties
  • Enter property details into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Create listing descriptions and assist with marketing materials

General Tasks

  • Perform data entry and maintain digital files
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Answer incoming calls and answer inquiries

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or real estate support in the US
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and cloud-based systems
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of U.S. property management processes
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms and property management tools
  • Customer service or leasing experience
  • Bonus: Understanding of Texas Real Estate and Texas Property Code

Work Schedule

  • Part-time to start (20–25 hours/week),
  • Must be available during U.S. business hours (CST)
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time after six months
