Property Management & REO Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Property Management & REO Coordinator to handle backend operations for a growing real estate brokerage and property management company. This is not an entry-level position. You must already be comfortable working inside property management systems such as Buildium, reputed company, Rentec Direct, or similar platforms and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Work Schedule • 8-hour shift • Must have strong overlap with U.S. Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) • This is a daytime role aligned with U.S. business hours Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management Systems (Core Function) • Manage properties within Rentec Direct, Buildium, reputed company, or similar platforms • Track work orders and follow through to completion • Upload and maintain tenant, vendor, and property records • Ensure all data is accurate, current, and organized REO / Asset Management Support • Upload photos, documents, and updates to REO platforms • Complete assigned tasks within required timelines • Monitor portals daily and clear messages • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements Coordination & Follow-Up • Communicate with vendors and tenants to ensure tasks are completed • Track deadlines and proactively follow up before due dates • Maintain organized digital files (reputed company Drive, CRM) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) • Direct experience using at least one of the following: • Rentec Direct • Buildium • reputed company • or a comparable property management system • Prior experience in: • Property management coordination • Real estate administration • OR REO/asset management support What We Are Looking For • Someone who does not need to be micromanaged • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Clear and professional communication • A proactive mindset.
