An independent estate and lettings agency in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join its professional team, managing a substantial residential portfolio and providing excellent service to landlords, tenants and contractor.

The successful candidate will help oversee properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle, handling maintenance, inspections, renewals and deposits while ensuring compliance with current legislation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to move-out
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Handling maintenance requests, inspections, renewals and deposit returns
  • Ensuring properties and tenancies comply with relevant lettings legislation
  • Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance works effectively
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

  • Previous experience in residential property management is essential
  • ARLA qualified or willing to work towards the qualification
