**Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Business**

I am looking for a dependable virtual assistant to help streamline operations for my real estate business. This role includes managing various tasks such as tracking receipts and transactions through Stessa, coordinating with contractors for repairs, as well as sourcing and vetting contractors via social media.

Additionally, you will conduct personal research and create captivating social media content to promote property listings and engage with clients. The expected commitment is around 5 hours per week or less.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You will also be responsible for sending reminders for tasks I need to complete and ensuring follow-ups are conducted.
