Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Process RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) promptly while monitoring order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to support operational and project requirements.
  • Verify supplier invoices against supporting documents, including PRs, POs, and DOs, before submitting approved invoices for payment processing.
  • Coordinate logistics, shipment arrangements, and deliveries from local and overseas suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation in accordance with company procedures and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Support additional procurement and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of procurement/purchasing experience strongly preferred (preferably within the Construction/ Engineering industry); candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply too.
  • Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement-related systems.
