1 / Job Overview: 
We're on the lookout for a skilled QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manual and automated regression testing, primarily using Cypress for websites and web applications. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless operation of our web products and systems.

2 / Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts for websites and web applications.
  • Conduct testing using Cypress and other automation tools for regression, performance, and load testing.
  • Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs found during testing.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

3 / Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA engineer or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in manual testing and automated testing using Cypress.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of website and web application testing.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

4 / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other test automation frameworks like Selenium or Jest.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and version control systems like GIT.
