Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out & Residential Projects) Location: Remote (Philippines) Company: Mocozy Interior Solutions (Qatar) Mocozy Interior Solutions is a Qatar-based company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and bespoke furniture for private residential projects. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. Responsibilities • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. • Review project drawings and identify any discrepancies affecting quantities or costs. • Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns. • Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Assist with tendering, procurement, and material costing. • Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance. • Prepare variation orders and additional work estimates. • Review subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment claims. • Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation. • Coordinate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure timely project delivery. Requirements • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out, residential, or construction projects. • Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and budgeting. • Able to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software. • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented, professional, honest, and able to consistently meet deadlines. • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
