About the Role

As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you'll work with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their available benefit options while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders, develop valuable communication and relationship-building skills, and have opportunities to grow within the organization based on your performance.
What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms
  • Educate clients about available benefit options and answer their questions
  • Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate client records using digital tools
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with mentors and leadership to achieve personal and team goals
  • Continuously develop your sales, communication, and customer service skills
