N2S Global Workforce Solutions is expanding our recruitment team and is looking for five (2) experienced Blue Collar Recruiters to support a growing US client.
If you have a proven track record in recruiting for Warehousing, Skilled Trades, Transport, and Logistics positions, we'd like to hear from you.
Position: Blue Collar Recruiter (US Recruitment)
Work Setup
- 100% Remote (Work from Home)
- US Business Hours (Night Shift – Philippine Time)
Salary
- PHP 25,000 – PHP 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years of Blue Collar recruitment experience (required).
- Experience recruiting for Warehousing, Trades, Transport, and Logistics roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to work US business hours.
