Recruitment Associate (Fixed Term)
TrainingPH is looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Fixed-Term Recruitment Associate to support the increasing recruitment requirements of our client accounts.
The successful candidate will manage assigned job vacancies and provide end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate endorsement, and recruitment monitoring.
This role is suitable for a recruitment professional who enjoys handling multiple positions, working with different industries, and communicating directly with candidates and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Sourcing
- Manage assigned job vacancies from sourcing to candidate endorsement
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and online communities
- Conduct active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate outreach
- Screen applications based on the qualifications and requirements provided by the client
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Maintain a qualified candidate pool for recurring and future vacancies
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide candidates with complete interview details and reminders
- Conduct timely follow-ups regarding application status
- Maintain professional and respectful candidate communication
- Monitor candidate attendance, withdrawals, and interview results
- Prepare clear and concise candidate assessments
- Validate employment history, salary expectations, availability, and relevant qualifications
- Endorse only applicants who meet the agreed minimum requirements
- Highlight candidate strengths, potential concerns, and areas for further validation
- Update the recruitment tracker regularly
- Monitor the ageing and status of all assigned vacancies
- Submit weekly recruitment accomplishment reports
- Identify sourcing challenges and provide market feedback
- Escalate hiring delays, compensation concerns, and limited candidate availability
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least one year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook recruitment groups, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate communication skills
- Organized and comfortable using recruitment trackers and reports
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in recruitment outsourcing, staffing, or HR consulting is an advantage
- Willing to work under a three-month fixed-term engagement
