Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process. The role will primarily focus on candidate referencing, resume formatting, and employment verification while ensuring accurate and timely completion of recruitment requirements.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks, communicates professionally with candidates and external contacts, and maintains a high level of accuracy even in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct candidate reference checks and accurately document results.
  • Perform employment verification with previous employers and relevant contacts.
  • Format and standardize candidate resumes based on required templates and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates and references to complete outstanding requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
  • Manage a high volume of administrative tasks while meeting established turnaround times.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling candidate and employment information.
Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment support, HR administration, shared services, or other administrative roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume and repetitive administrative work.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases is an advantage.
