Its solutions are used by customers across more than 50 countries worldwide.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are seeking a hands-on, commercially driven <strong>Regional Sales Manager, APAC</strong> to lead sales strategy, team development, and new customer growth across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia.<br><br>This role is ideal for a sales leader with direct experience selling into animal agriculture, including swine, poultry, feed, animal health, animal nutrition, animal pharma, livestock technology, AgTech, or related animal protein markets.<br><br>This is a growth-oriented leadership role focused on greenfield market development, new customer acquisition, and expanding MTech’s presence across key Southeast Asia markets, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across APAC.</li><li>Drive greenfield territory development and new customer acquisition across priority Southeast Asia markets.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities from prospecting through contract closure.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop APAC sales professionals to improve sales execution, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the animal protein and livestock production sectors.</li><li>Engage with commercial swine, poultry, feed, animal health, and related agricultural customers to understand business needs and position MTech solutions effectively.</li><li>Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving operations, production, finance, and executive decision-makers.</li><li>Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.</li><li>Represent Speria MTech at regional industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and market development activities.</li><li>Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting for leadership.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of B2B sales experience selling into agriculture, animal protein, livestock production, feed, animal health, animal nutrition, animal pharma, food production, or related industries.</li><li>Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams within APAC or Southeast Asia.</li><li>Demonstrated success driving new customer acquisition, market expansion, and greenfield territory development.</li><li>Experience selling to swine, poultry, feed, animal health, animal nutrition, animal pharma, livestock technology, AgTech, or related animal agriculture customers.</li><li>Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts with consultative, multi-stakeholder buying processes.</li><li>Strong ability to sell value, build ROI-based business cases, and position premium solutions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred.</li><li>English language proficiency required.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the APAC region.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with SaaS, software, data solutions, farm automation, digital tools, or technology-enabled solutions in agriculture.</li><li>Familiarity with live animal protein production, business intelligence, production planning, or production accounting solutions.</li><li>Strong regional knowledge of Southeast Asia markets, particularly Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, or the Philippines.</li><li>Experience leading teams through long, consultative sales cycles.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.</li><li>Strong executive presence, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Us<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead growth initiatives across one of the fastest-growing agricultural technology regions in the world.</li><li>Play a key role in expanding MTech’s footprint across Southeast Asia.</li><li>Join a global organization supporting customers across six continents.</li><li>Work alongside talented teams focused on innovation, customer success, and industry impact.</li><li>Help shape the future of animal protein production through data, technology, and operational insight.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer<br><br></strong>Speria MTech is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
