About Us SPACES REIMAGINED by Khor Design runs three connected tracks, and every hire is considered across all three:

1. Design Consultancy Studio -- based in Malaysia and Singapore, interior design and architectural consultancy for our own clients.

2. Design & Build -- full residential and commercial projects end-to-end, based in Malaysia and Singapore.

3. Global BPO / Secondment -- remote Filipino and Malaysian design talent placed directly with interior design and architecture firms across Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

You don't have to choose in advance -- candidates flexible across multiple tracks get more consistent work and are prioritized for shortlisting.

Roles We're Hiring For -

3D Visualizer -- photorealistic renders using D5, 3Ds Max, VRay, SketchUp, Lumion or Aihouse. -

2D CAD / Construction Drawing Specialist -- technical drawings in AutoCAD/Revit. - Interior Designer / Architectural Assistant -- concept development, space planning, material specification. -

Design AI Specialist -- strong with AI-generated video and imagery for marketing and client presentations, fluent in Nano Banana Pro (Gemini), Google Omni (Gemini video), Figma, Weave, and ChatGPT-generated visuals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in at least 2 core tools for your role
  • Strong portfolio (residential, commercial, hospitality or architectural work)
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
  • Bonus for 3D/CAD/ID roles: familiarity with the AI tools above fast-tracks your application. For Design AI Specialist, this fluency is the core job.
Pay & Engagement - Design Consultancy Studio & Design & Build: PHP 20,000-100,000/month base (by role, seniority, experience) plus performance incentives

- Global BPO/Secondment: competitive rate set per client and market, confirmed individually once shortlisted
