<strong>About Tellos<br><br></strong>Our mission is to allow BCBAs to manage their caseload in away that provides for the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance for you, and stable RBT staff. We do this through lower caseloads, telehealth and a platform that gives you autonomy.<br><br>We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting.<br><br><strong>This is a telehealth position but we need you to live in Georgia.<br><br></strong><strong>What the role entails!<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments</li><li>Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives</li><li>Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans</li><li>Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary</li><li>Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities</li><li>Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li>Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care</li><li>Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification</li><li>Master's Degree</li><li>Must live in Georgia</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care. </li><li>Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice. </li><li>Strong communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>How It Work<br><br></strong><ul><li>Chat With Us: talk to our clinical director about your goals</li><li>Get Setup: we’ll help you setup your practice, preparing everything you need for success</li><li>Go Live: Once everything is setup, you can start seeing clients in few weeks. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why work with us?<br><br></strong>We help you go independent allowing you to have the autonomy and flexibility you need to deliver world-class care to the families and kiddos who need you most, and earn even more as independent practitioner.<br><br><ul><li>Purpose-driven: we believe that providers must have fulfilling and meaningful career to offer their best. </li><li>Highest standard of care- BCBAs are overworked and underpaid, we want to do the opposite. </li><li>Empathy - the families come first but the precursor to that is the happiness of the providers, so we’ve a provider first culture. </li><li>You’ll be in the driver seat, running your own practice without any external influence on how to run your business. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Earning Range: Up to $156, 000 per year<br><br></strong>We believe in hiring people, not resumes.
