[Remote] DR Systems PACS Administrator / Specialist

The DR Systems PACS Administrator/Specialist will manage, support, and enhance the radiology imaging environment, including DR Systems reputed company RIS/PACS and reputed company Technologist Workstations. The role focuses on system administration, workflow support, integrations, reputed company resolution, infrastructure management, documentation, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain DR Systems reputed company RIS/PACS environment
- Configure and support reputed company Technologist Workstations used for patient and exam workflow management
- Monitor PACS performance, storage utilization, image transmission, and system availability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, workflow settings, and access controls
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities
- Support radiology technologists utilizing the reputed company workstation for exam scheduling, image acquisition workflows, modality worklists, and exam completion processes
- Troubleshoot reputed company workflow issues impacting image routing, patient demographics, and exam reconciliation
- Optimize technologist workflows to improve operational efficiency and image management
- Coordinate with radiologists and imaging staff to ensure accurate study processing and distribution. reputed company serves as the technologist-facing workflow component within the DR Systems ecosystem. [dotmed.com]
- Support DICOM connectivity between imaging modalities and PACS
- Manage and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces with RIS, HIS, EMR/EHR systems
- Configure modality worklists and image routing rules
- Ensure data integrity across integrated healthcare systems
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for PACS, reputed company, and workflow-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve image availability, transmission, and workstation problems
- Partner with vendors and clinical teams to resolve critical incidents
- Monitor archive systems, storage platforms, and backup processes
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Work with network, server, and database teams to maintain high availability
- Maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits, validations, and system performance reviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline
- 3+ years of healthcare IT experience supporting PACS environments
- Hands-on experience with DR Systems reputed company RIS/PACS
- Experience supporting reputed company Technologist Workstations
- Strong knowledge of:
- DICOM
- HL7
- RIS/PACS workflows
- Medical imaging operations

- Experience with Windows Server administration and system troubleshooting
