Remote E-Commerce Marketplace Listing Specialist

Summon Electronics is looking for a detail-oriented Remote E-Commerce Marketplace Listing Specialist to help us list and sell products across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, and other online sales channels.

We are an electronics and industrial supply company that sells components, assemblies, power supplies, LED products, alternators, MRO parts, and excess inventory. This role will work closely with our warehouse and purchasing team to identify available products, gather the correct product information, create listings, update inventory, and help turn stock into online sales.

The ideal person is organized, fast-moving, comfortable with spreadsheets, and experienced with online marketplaces. You do not need to be an electronics expert, but you must be willing to research part numbers, product specifications, pricing, photos, and competitor listings.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage product listings on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms
  • Work with the warehouse team to identify products that are available to list
  • Work with purchasing to gather part numbers, manufacturer details, cost, stock quantity, pricing guidance, and product information
  • Research each item online to find accurate descriptions, specifications, datasheets, images, pricing, and keywords
  • Write clear product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and item specifics
  • Upload photos, datasheets, product specs, inventory quantities, and pricing
  • Monitor marketplace messages, offers, orders, and customer questions
  • Compare competitor pricing and recommend listing prices
  • Track listed items, sold items, stale listings, and items that need updates
  • Help organize excess inventory and identify which products should be pushed online
  • Maintain spreadsheets and marketplace records accurately
  • Communicate with the team through email, chat, and task management tools
  • Help build repeatable listing processes so we can scale faster
Ideal Candidate:
  • Located in the Philippines
  • Experience listing products on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team
  • Good with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools
  • Able to research technical products, part numbers, and specifications
  • Can follow instructions but also think independently
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to hit daily/weekly listing goals
  • Comfortable working with many SKUs and product categories
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with electronics, industrial parts, automotive parts, MRO, tools, surplus inventory, or B2B products
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or Facebook Marketplace
  • Experience using AI tools to improve listings, research products, or write descriptions
  • Basic photo editing or product image cleanup experience
  • Experience with SEO, keywords, and marketplace ranking
  • Experience managing inventory spreadsheets
Compensation: Compensation will depend on experience. We are open to hourly, part-time, full-time, or performance-based compensation for the right person.

  • Products are listed accurately and quickly
  • Listings include strong titles, clean descriptions, correct specs, and competitive pricing
  • Warehouse and purchasing information is turned into live online listings
  • Old or excess inventory starts generating sales
  • Listings are tracked, updated, and improved over time
  • The online marketplace channel becomes a repeatable revenue engine for the company
