Legal and formal requirements:<br /> • Freelance/independent contractor status in your country of residence<br /> • Residence outside Germany<br /> • Ability to issue proper invoices for international clients (including us) according to local legal requirements<br /> • Compliance with tax obligations in your country </p> <p>2.
