About the Client A fast-growing direct-to-consumer functional nutrition and wellness brand, co-founded with a globally recognized fitness entrepreneur with over 10 million followers, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale its entire creator and affiliate program from the ground up.

Launched in 2025 with a flagship all-in-one daily nutrition product and a sparkling electrolyte beverage line, the company is positioning itself as a science-backed, consumer-first alternative in a crowded supplement market. The founders' business and cultural credibility is central to the brand's creator-led growth strategy, and this hire will be foundational to scaling it.

About the Role

You'll own the company's entire influencer and creator program end to end — combining AI-powered outreach at scale with genuine, personal relationship-building. You'll recruit and activate creators across nano to macro tiers into the affiliate program, manage third-party platform activations, and work closely with performance marketing to amplify top organic content through whitelisting and paid partnerships.

Success means scaling the creator program from dozens of activations to hundreds and eventually thousands — turning organic content into measurable affiliate revenue and paid performance, while building the systems and relationships that keep the program running long after you've built it.

Core Responsibilities

Superfiliate Affiliate Program — Build & Scale

  • Own and grow the creator affiliate program end-to-end, from recruitment through payout
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate creators across nano to macro tiers
  • Design and optimize commission structures, tiered incentives, and product seeding strategies
  • Manage co-branded landing pages, tracking, and payout workflows
High-Volume Creator Outreach
  • Build and manage AI-powered outreach systems to identify and contact creators at scale
  • Maintain brand voice and personalization across every outreach touchpoint
  • Own creator communications — inquiries, negotiations, and relationship nurturing
  • Develop outreach templates, sequences, and automation workflows
Third-Party Platform & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with third-party influencer platforms to generate large-scale creator activations
  • Brief, launch, and oversee campaigns with external platform and agency partners
  • Evaluate and onboard new platforms and tools as the creator landscape evolves
Paid Amplification of Organic Content
  • Partner with performance marketing to identify top-performing organic content for whitelisting and paid amplification
  • Secure usage rights, creator permissions, and platform compliance for all paid activations
  • Contribute to creative strategy by identifying formats, hooks, and creator styles that drive performance
Tracking, Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including creator activations, engagement rate, affiliate revenue, CPA, and ROAS
  • Use performance data to refine creator selection, outreach strategy, and incentive structures
  • Build reporting workflows and deliver regular updates on program growth

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with a documented track record of building and scaling creator programs, with specific campaigns and measurable results (revenue, traffic, or activation volume)
  • Proven experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs, including recruiting, activating, and retaining creator networks across nano to macro tiers
  • Hands-on experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid amplification of organic creator content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing
  • Track record building or managing AI-powered outreach systems and workflows for creator recruitment at scale
  • Experience setting and tracking KPIs (CPA, ROAS, affiliate revenue, engagement rate) to drive data-informed program decisions
  • C1+ English (CEFR) for direct, founder-facing and creator-facing communication
Nice-to-Have
  • Hands-on experience with Superfiliate specifically as the affiliate/influencer management platform
  • Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG brands
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies or managed-service influencer platforms (e.g., JoinBrands, Insense)
  • Existing personal network of creator and influencer contacts ready for activation
