We’re 9 years old 🎂, bootstrapped, profitable, and growing steadily each year — and you’re going to be a key part of scaling that growth.</p> </p> <p>What You’ll Be Doing (Job Tasks) 😃</p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as the CEO’s right hand, owning both professional and personal tasks to free up their time and headspace</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively manage a fast-changing calendar, handling reschedules, conflicts, and priorities with speed and clarity</p> </li> <li> <p>Triage inboxes, draft communication, and manage internal and external correspondence with a high level of discretion</p> </li> <li> <p>Research, plan, and execute diverse projects — from home-related tasks to high-level strategic support</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate domestic and international travel with precision, covering everything from flights and accommodation to on-the-ground logistics</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay three steps ahead — anticipating needs before they arise and jumping in without being asked</p> </li> <li> <p>Track action items, update stakeholders, and maintain project timelines using tools like ClickUp and Confluence</p> </li> <li> <p>Support executive decision-making with structured research, note-taking, and synthesis of information</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle one-off or ambiguous tasks independently (e.g., planning a build, sourcing vendors, organizing a launch)</p> </li> <li> <p>Adapt your workflow and communication style to match a fast-paced, no-fluff leadership team</p> </li> <li> <p>Be the filter, buffer, and force multiplier that keeps projects moving — even when things get chaotic</p> </li> </ul> <p>Requirements 😃</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in executive assistance, administration, operations, or a similar high-responsibility role</p> </li> <li> <p>Direct experience supporting C-level executives</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal English (near-native level)</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working remotely, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills</p> </li> <li> <p>High attention to detail and a proactive mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working across the U.
