Position Overview – What You’ll Do As a Remote Senior Pre‑Sales Technical Solutions Consultant , you will act as the trusted technical advisor for prospective clients interested in ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. You’ll partner closely with our sales organization to translate complex business challenges into elegant, platform‑based solutions that drive measurable value. Key Responsibilities Strategic Consultation: Partner with account executives to uncover client pain points, align ServiceNow capabilities, and craft compelling solution narratives. Solution Design & Architecture: Develop detailed solution blueprints, workflow diagrams, and integration strategies that showcase how ServiceNow can streamline processes across IT, customer service, and operations. Live Demonstrations & Proof‑of‑Concepts: Deliver engaging product demos, hands‑on labs, and POCs that illustrate real‑world value and accelerate the sales cycle. Technical Documentation: Author high‑quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution briefs, and technical whitepapers that articulate ROI and implementation pathways. Essential Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of hands‑on pre‑sales or technical consulting experience, ideally within ServiceNow ecosystems (ITSM, CSM, ITOM). Proven track record of closing complex SaaS deals and driving revenue growth. Demonstrated success designing end‑to‑end architectures that integrate ServiceNow with third‑party platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, REST/SOAP APIs). Certifications (Required & Preferred) Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/CSM/ITOM, ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4), PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
