Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support and customer service to a diverse client base via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing clear, step‑by‑step guidance to non‑technical users.
  • Assist with account management tasks, including product inquiries, service requests, and subscription changes.
