Research Analyst - Work At Home | Start ASAP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support business research, content management, data analysis, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, managing research-related initiatives, and delivering accurate, actionable insights to stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Gather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and research summaries for stakeholders.
  • Support content management activities, including data tracking, documentation, and information organization.
  • Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze trends, identify insights, and provide recommendations based on research findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions and research requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present findings and key observations in a clear and concise manner to business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in research, project management, business analysis, clinical research, or related fields.
  • Experience managing projects and working with large volumes of data.
  • Strong content management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical research, business research, or analytics environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases.
  • Experience creating reports and performing data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and business processes quickly.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
