Research and Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Admin & Marketing Support Assistant to provide flexible support with online research, AI-assisted tasks, social media, LinkedIn research, content creation, and general administrative work. This is a part-time role suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, learns quickly, and can provide ad hoc support as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct online research using search engines, LinkedIn, and other online resources.

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude to support research, content, presentations, and other assignments.

  • Assist with research, data gathering, and preparation of presentations/decks.

  • Manage and support social media activities, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

  • Create and publish basic social media content using Canva and other relevant tools.

  • Assist with online marketing and content creation as needed.

  • Conduct LinkedIn research and compile relevant information.

  • Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

  • Provide ad hoc support for various research, marketing, and administrative requirements.

About you

  • Previous experience in Virtual Assistance, Administrative Support, Marketing Support, Social Media, Research, or a related role.

  • Comfortable using the internet and online research tools.

  • Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Claude.

  • Good working knowledge of LinkedIn for research and information gathering.

  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Canva.

  • Good written English and attention to detail.

  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions independently.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to different tasks and tools.

  • Comfortable working on a flexible, part-time basis and providing ad hoc support when needed.
