Job Description

How you'll make an impact?

Our client is a U.S.-based sleep and wellness brand with strong presence across Walmart, Target, Wayfair, and Costco (US & Canada), now scaling its in-house retail media operations.

As a Retail Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising across Walmart, Target Roundel, Wayfair, and Costco (via Criteo). The focus is on driving visibility, conversions, and ROAS growth while building scalable, data-driven retail media systems across all platforms.

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to manage multiple retail ecosystems simultaneously while maintaining a strong strategic focus on performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Media Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Walmart (US & Canada), Target Roundel, Wayfair, and Costco (Criteo)

  • Execute keyword, product, category, and audience targeting strategies per platform

  • Manage bids, budgets, and SKU-level performance optimization

  • Continuously improve ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and sales efficiency

  • Align campaigns with promotions, seasonality, and inventory availability

Search Visibility & Retail SEO Strategy
  • Drive keyword ranking strategy for priority products across Walmart and Wayfair
  • Optimize product visibility through PPC + content alignment (titles, descriptions, attributes)
  • Identify keyword gaps and opportunities using platform search data
  • Coordinate with catalog/content teams to improve listing performance and ranking
Analytics, Reporting & Communication
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and action plans per platform
  • Maintain a consolidated view of performance across all retail channels
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and proactively implement recovery strategies
  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and account structure integrity
Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotional activity, and advertising strategies across Walmart, Target, Wayfair, and Costco
  • Identify category trends, seasonal demand patterns, and keyword opportunities specific to the sleep and wellness niche on each platform
  • Track share of voice and category visibility across platforms and make strategic recommendations to improve positioning
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience with direct ownership of campaign performance
  • Confirmed hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least 2 of the following platforms: Walmart Advertising (Walmart Connect), Target Roundel, Wayfair Sponsored Products, or Criteo (Costco retail media)
  • Strong understanding of retail media fundamentals: sponsored product auction mechanics, keyword bidding strategy, search term report analysis, and negative keyword management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts with significant monthly ad spend and report results clearly to a non-technical business owner or client
  • Experience in eCommerce and consumer goods, home and wellness, sleep products, or adjacent categories preferred
  • Fluent in English; written and verbal communication must be clear, professional, and client-ready
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Walmart Canada and/or Costco Canada retail media, with understanding of Canadian marketplace dynamics, Criteo DSP/self-serve structures, and retailer first-party audience targeting.
  • Proven ability to manage the same brand or SKU across multiple retail media platforms, including tracking and optimizing blended performance across channels.
  • Familiarity with retail media management tools (Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, Flywheel Commerce) and experience in DTC environments or transitioning brands from agency-managed to in-house paid media operations.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Platform versatility across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Wayfair, and Criteo, with genuine hands-on experience (not relying on Amazon-only expertise).
  • Strong ownership mindset, managing ad accounts as if they were your own business rather than a task list.
  • High standards for accuracy and analytical discipline, ensuring all reporting is verified, data-backed, and well-documented.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving, flagging issues early and presenting solutions rather than just observations.

Benefits: Health Care, Social Security Contribution, Paid Leave, 13-Month, etc.
