We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

To ensure the organization identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risks while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS). Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of policies, processes, and procedures relevant to the management systems as coordinated and directed by the QMR, ISMR. Collaborate with other functions to enhance compliance practices and provide strategic oversight to executive management on compliance activities and initiatives.

What are some of the responsibilities?

Risk Management

  • Assist and support to the development, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks across all functional areas, recommend mitigation strategies and identify corrective actions (includes strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks).
  • Facilitate risk assessment at the department level, and team level (as necessary). Provide guidance and support to the department heads or managers in risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Assist the stakeholders in completing the risk assessment register and risk treatment action plans (RTAP).
  • Monitor and report to the Senior Management the risk profile of the organization. Track the effectiveness of the mitigation strategies.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence and monitor compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of compliance programs.
  • Conduct review of activities to identify gaps or breaches in the compliance activities, recommend actions, and update relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and controls to address compliance requirements.

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field is highly preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Quality Management, Engineering, Risk Management, Information Security).
  • 2+ years of experience in ISO-related role (9001, 27001, 22301, 31000) Governance, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit, Executive Report Writing, Risk Analysis, Document Management, Information Security
  • Ability to analyze and optimize processes with a focus on compliance operational efficiency.
  • Project management knowledge with ability to set deadlines, track work independently, and can coordinate work efforts and deliverables across various partners.
  • Training or certification in ISO Standards or related fields is a plus.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasig
