RPO Recruiter (US Recruitment) – Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support US-based clients, primarily within the Hospitality and Tourism industry. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in full-cycle US recruitment, high-volume hiring, and stakeholder management.

As an RPO Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and meeting recruitment performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment across various Hospitality and Tourism roles.
  • Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal talent databases.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
  • Ensure compliance with client recruitment processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and US hiring standards.
  • Achieve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, turnaround time, interview-to-hire ratio, quality of hires, and candidate experience metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on US recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or BPO environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Hospitality and Tourism positions, including: Hotel Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Travel and Tourism and Other hospitality-related roles
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on a permanent night shift supporting US business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an RPO environment supporting US clients.
  • Background in high-volume recruitment and niche Hospitality hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and delivering recruitment insights.
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
