ReelShow is a next-generation digital entertainment studio specializing in short-form, mobile-first storytelling. We create engaging serialized content designed for today's digital audiences while leveraging AI-powered production workflows to produce high-quality content at scale. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth by licensing our content, securing custom content production projects, and building strategic partnerships.

In addition, this role will oversee content operations, platform curation, and quality assurance to ensure our content meets the highest standards and is optimized for distribution across ReelShow's platforms and partner channels.

Position

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives for ReelShow's content studio.

This role is responsible for identifying and developing new revenue opportunities through:

Licensing ReelShow's existing content library

Selling custom content production services

Building long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners

Negotiating commercial agreements

Driving overall sales growth The ideal candidate has experience selling media, digital content, video production services, or entertainment products and is comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for content licensing and custom content production.

Develop relationships with brands, agencies, media companies, publishers, broadcasters, streaming platforms, and other potential clients.

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Content Sales & Licensing

Develop new business opportunities to monetize ReelShow's original content through licensing and distribution partnerships.

Identify and approach broadcasters, streaming platforms, publishers, media companies, and other potential buyers interested in licensing ReelShow's content.

Present ReelShow's content portfolio and recommend licensing solutions based on client needs.

Negotiate commercial terms for content licensing agreements in coordination with management.

Expand the reach and revenue of ReelShow's content across domestic and international markets.

Custom Content Business Development

Prospect and secure clients seeking custom video production and branded content.

Understand client objectives and propose tailored content solutions.

Work closely with the production team to develop proposals, budgets, and project scopes.

Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project delivery.

Client Relationship

Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

Build long-term strategic partnerships.

Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales process.

Sales Strategy

Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within digital media and entertainment.

Recommend new commercial opportunities and partnership models.

Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate contract preparation with internal teams.

Ensure agreements align with company policies and client expectations. Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Track pipeline activity and revenue opportunities. QualificationsRequired

4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Experience selling media, creative services, digital content, video production, SaaS, or related solutions.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
