About the Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished, commercially aware, and service-driven Sales Associate to join a luxury boutique in the heart of Mayfair.

This position is suited to an individual with previous luxury or premium retail experience, a genuine passion for luxury footwear and craftsmanship, and a proven ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and will be confident engaging with an international and discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in accordance with the brand’s service standards, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

• Deliver a bespoke and seamless client journey from initial consultation through to purchase and after-sales support.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, maintaining regular communication regarding collections, launches, and exclusive services.

• Develop and maintain a strong client book, proactively engaging with clients and identifying opportunities to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.

• Actively support CRM and clienteling initiatives, ensuring accurate data capture, effective follow-up activity, and consistent customer engagement in line with company expectations.

• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor consistently reflects the prestige and image of the brand.

• Support stockroom and operational processes, including inventory management, stock transfers, deliveries, returns, and replenishment.

• Manage payment and treasury procedures accurately, including cash handling, tax-free transactions, refunds, and daily reconciliation.

• Share client feedback, market intelligence, and commercial insights with management to support business growth and performance.

• Consistently contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales objectives while upholding the highest standards of luxury service.

About You

• Previous experience within a luxury retail or premium customer service environment, ideally within footwear, fashion, accessories, jewellery, or beauty.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with an international clientele.

• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• A genuine passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and personalised service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.

• Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated by achieving individual and boutique sales objectives.

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and confidence in supporting operational excellence.

• Professional, polished, and confident in presentation and manner.

• A natural relationship builder with a client-focused approach and the ability to deliver a highly personalised service.
