Now were expanding. And were hiring a remote Sales Closer cum Assistant Fitness Coach based in India. What Youll Do This is a dual-role combining of Sales Closing and Fitness Coaching. Sales Responsibilities: Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD) Coaching Responsibilities: Support new client onboarding and weekly check-ins Assist in building customized workout + nutrition plans (training provided) Respond to client queries via WhatsApp and Google Sheets Use our 4-phase system to support long-term client success Youll be trained by us in both coaching structure and proven high-conversion sales frameworks. Requirements Based in India with ability to work during Canada/US hours 13 years experience in online sales and fitness coaching (both is a bonus) Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills Comfortable with Google Meeting, Google Drive, Calendly, etc Work Hours & Operational Window Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM IST, 6 Days a Week The 12.5-hour window does not mean a 12.5-hour continuous shift. It simply represents the operational hours during which our leads may book calls or require timely responses. You are expected to be responsive within that 12.5-hour window, but your calls will not run back-to-back for 12.5 hours. On average, each call is 2030 minutes, and your day will have flexibility built in between calls and communication tasks. Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients. Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.
