This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the primary technical catalyst for Trimble across APAC, supporting and enabling our distribution partners to successfully deliver Trimble solutions to customers operating in critical infrastructure, construction, and geospatial industries across high-growth international markets.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Empower authorised distribution partners across APAC by providing expert training to effectively demonstrate and implement Trimble's geospatial solutions.

  • Execute and evolve regional go-to-market strategies by translating market intelligence into actionable growth plans for the Geospatial portfolio.

  • Interface directly with high-profile customers to provide technical guidance and ensure the seamless deployment of complex construction and surveying technologies.

  • Drive the regional transition toward Connect and Scale initiatives, focusing on the successful adoption of term-based software like Trimble Business Center and Trimble Access.

  • Act as a strategic technical advisor, staying ahead of competitor activity and market trends to inform future product development and sales strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Deep technical expertise in surveying (cadastral, topographic, or construction) or engineering with a strong grasp of digital construction principles.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or technical training, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to create digital content such as technical workflow tutorials and presentations.

  • Strong adaptability and a results-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant regional travel.

Bonus Points For

  • Specialized experience with Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, or Trimble Connect.

  • Established knowledge of the land development and infrastructure markets within the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Familiarity with terrestrial and mobile laser scanning or photogrammetry workflows.

Logistics

Location: Australia - Remote. Relocation support will be considered for applicants based in New Zealand.

Travel Requirement: 70% in the first year, 50% thereafter.
