Sales Hunter, US

Your Role

Hi, I'm Michael Fowler, and I lead the sales strategy and execution for the Americas region at WebPros. Our team sells cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS and the rest of our portfolio to hosting providers, resellers, agencies and SMBs. We're hiring this role because US has far more target accounts than we currently work, and nobody owns the outbound effort to open them. You'd be that person, starting with an empty pipeline and a territory to build. It matters because every new logo you win adds revenue we can't get from our existing base.

Key Responsibilities

Build your own pipeline through cold calling, email and social selling into target accounts, because outbound is how this territory grows and inbound won't fill your quota.

Run each deal from first outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation and close, so you stay accountable for the outcome.

Deliver new-logo revenue against monthly and quarterly quota, which is how the role is measured.

Displace incumbent vendors where our products fit better, by making a clear business case to prospects who already have a working solution.

Follow up on regional inbound leads and give Marketing direct feedback on which messages turn into pipeline, so campaigns improve.

Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly, because leadership plans hiring and investment from your numbers.

Represent WebPros at regional events, webinars and partner activities when they help you create or close pipeline.

Your Qualifications

Must-Haves

3-7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with results you can show.

A record of building pipeline from cold and warm outbound. Inheriting or farming accounts doesn't count as this.

A record of hitting or beating quota in a competitive market.

Experience running a consultative sales cycle end to end, with strong discovery and objection handling.

Working fluency in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and sales engagement tools.

Nice-to-Haves

Fluency in a second language: German, French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic.

Experience selling to hosting providers, resellers, agencies or MSPs.

Familiarity with GDPR and regional data protection as they affect sales processes.

Experience with channel or partner-influenced sales.

Your Impact in the First 120 Days

30 days: You know our products and the brands you'll sell, and you can run a discovery call and demo without help. You've defined your target account list with me. You're making outbound contact daily, and your CRM is set up.

60 days: You're booking your own first meetings from cold outreach and have real opportunities open at discovery or demo stage. You've had your first deal-review conversations with me and can explain where each deal stands.

90 days: You have a steady pipeline you generated yourself, and your forecast is one I can rely on. You've closed or are close to closing your first new logos, and you're already handling objections from prospects on competing products.

120 days: You own your territory. Pipeline coverage is healthy, you've taken at least one deal from an incumbent or have a credible one in play, and you're tracking toward full quota with little coaching from me.

You Might Thrive If You...

Like starting the day with an empty calendar and filling it yourself through outreach.

Take a "no" or silence from a prospect as a reason to change your approach, and keep going.

Can work independently across time zones and cultures without someone checking in.

Enjoy making the case against an incumbent vendor.

Keep your CRM current because you know it makes your own forecasting better.

Ask for help early on a deal and don't wait until it's at risk.

You Might Struggle If You...

Are used to inbound leads or an existing book of accounts doing most of the work.

Need a lot of structure, or a manager to set your daily priorities.

Want a small set of familiar accounts, because this territory is broad and mostly unworked.

Find high-volume cold outreach draining, since it will be most of your first months.

Treat CRM updates and forecasting as admin to skip when you're busy.

Expect fast wins. Building pipeline from nothing takes time, and the first 60 days will include a lot of rejection.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe benefits go beyond just perks. At WebPros, we invest in your growth, flexibility, and well-being, so you can do your best work and build a meaningful career. While we strive to provide equal global benefits for all team members, some may vary by location, and we'll clarify the details with you during the interview process.

Competitive salary

Remote-first flexibility: Work from anywhere in Europe (or hybrid in available offices).

Development Budget: Annual personal growth allowance.

Learning Support: Udemy subscription & peer learning.

Public Transport & Meal Vouchers: Location-dependent benefits.

Paid Time Off

Team Culture: Regular team and on-site company events.

Your Hiring Experience
Hi, I am Zornitsa Boyanova, your Talent Partner at WebPros. I'll guide you through the interview process, ensuring a clear, transparent, and meaningful experience.

Interview Process

Screening Interview (30 min): An informal conversation with Zornitsa Boyanova, your Talent Partner, designed to get to know you better. We'll discuss your background, motivations, and career aspirations while providing a clear overview of WebPros, the team structure, and what you can expect throughout the hiring process.
