Salesforce Admin (Junior level role)

  • Due to the nature of the project, we require Visa independent candidates only. We are not sponsoring or transferring any work visas.

  • Candidate MUST be in United States and have valid work authorization.

  • This is a Salesforce Administration role. Developer profiles will not be considered and rejected.

We are seeking a junior level "Salesforce Administrator" to support and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys configuring the platform, supporting users, improving business processes, and maintaining data quality. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions through standard platform configuration and best practices.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

  • Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, Record Types, Page Layouts

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.

  • Experience supporting end users and resolving Salesforce-related issues.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

  • Experience supporting integrations from an administrative perspective (monitoring, troubleshooting, user support).

  • Familiarity with Data Loader or similar data management tools.

  • Experience working in Agile or collaborative project environments.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud is highly desired.
