Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-time / Part-Time SAP S/4 FICO (Finance and Controlling) Analyst to join our team. This role is instrumental in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to ensure the seamless and efficient management of financial and controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA FICO and a passion for optimizing financial systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Configuration and Customization:

    • Expertly configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to align with financial and controlling requirements.
    • Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
    • FICO and Fiori implementation for the new plant.

  2. Support and Integration:

    • Lead the support of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
    • Optimize financial processes and controls through effective use of SAP functionalities.

  3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

    • Utilize SAP S/4HANA FICO reporting tools to extract and analyze financial data.
    • Generate comprehensive financial reports and insights to support decision-making processes.

  4. Budgeting and Cost Management:

    • Work closely with finance teams to enhance budgeting and cost management processes within SAP S/4HANA FICO.
    • Implement best practices for budget creation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and updates, recommending improvements to enhance the SAP S/4HANA FICO environment.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

  6. Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and processes.
    • Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities.

  7. Training and Support:

    • Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA FICO features.
    • Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Analyst or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Full cycle implementation experience is a must.
  • Strong experience in Fiori transactions and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with SAP implementation projects and system integrations is highly desirable.
