Ive just deleted the AI draft that Linkedin seems to start from.

I run a Youtube channel called Waterline Disasters and honestly Im burned out. Mostly because my role shifted from making videos to managing people which sucks. I want to work with excellent people but I just cant carry on paying people who just want a paycheck and have no vested interest in the success or failure of the channel.

For that reason I want to collaborate and not hire. If this is not for you then I completely understand. I want to share the revenue with the people who make the videos and this is not a paid role. Share of revenue, the same way I get paid.

Now Ill be the first to admit that this is not the way things normally work. I hire someone, pay them for a script and then I either make money or lose money. So I want to share the risk and the reward.

70% of the revenue will be allocated to the shared pot for everyone who works on a video. I will keep 30% to pay for the companies accountants, tax, admin and my own profit.

I work with a company who can split the revenue for each video and once its set up the system, will automatically pay the people who work on it forever more. Recurring revenue not a one time payout.
