Senior Business Analyst (Agile – Enterprise Workflow Systems)

What You’ll Do:

•   Run requirements elicitation workshops and present findings back to stakeholders.

•   Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.

•   Define and document business processes in consultation with business users.

•   Partner with the product owner to refine and prioritise the product backlog.

•   Design and present solution options to stakeholders.

•   Work with integration colleagues to shape solutions across connected systems.

•   Support UAT, validate test scenarios with QA, and track defects through to resolution.

What You’ll Bring:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.

•   10+ years in business analysis, including 5+ years at senior level.

•   5+ years in banking, accounting, or financial services.

•   7+ years designing and documenting business processes.

•   5+ years in QA and testing of IT applications.

•   Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Agile and Waterfall, and the project and systems development lifecycles.

•   Hands-on familiarity with SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.

•   ITIL best practice experience and proven vendor management skills.

•   Excellent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder management.

•   Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

•   Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)
