Senior Commercial Coordinator (Based in the Philippines) - Global (US & EU) - Night Shift

Position Summary 

We are looking for a skilled Senior Commercial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of international sales strategies and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires knowledge and experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics.

The position will support commercial activities worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States and European markets. The successful candidate must possess strong English communication skills and be willing to travel internationally for business purposes.

Key Resposibilities

  • Global Market Coverage: Support commercial and business development activities across worldwide markets, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe.
  • US and EU Market Development: Assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships within the US and European markets.
  • Market Analysis: Assist in conducting thorough research to identify new market opportunities and assess competitive landscapes, particularly within the US and EU regions.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing international sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and maintain the existing client base.
  • Compliance Management: Assist in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements, including requirements applicable to the US and European markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure the seamless execution of international projects.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with international clients and business partners across different time zones.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management, including updates relating to the US and EU markets.
  • International Business Travel: Attend overseas meetings, client visits, exhibitions, conferences, and other business activities when required. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales, trade, commercial coordination, or business development.
  • Experience or exposure to the US and European markets will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural differences.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required, as the role involves regular communication with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different international time zones, particularly US and European business hours, when necessary.
  • International business travel is required.
  • The candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally for client meetings, market development activities, exhibitions, and other business requirements.
