Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure for financial applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and production environments within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure for mission-critical financial applications.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automated testing.
  • Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and containerized workloads.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Ansible.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS/GCP, preferably Azure.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and security automation.
  • Establish robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance-management solutions.
  • Manage production releases, deployments, rollback strategies, and disaster-recovery processes.
  • Work closely with development, QA, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex production, networking, application, and infrastructure issues.
  • Implement high-availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business-continuity solutions.
  • Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational activities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes comply with applicable financial-sector security and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in production support and, where required, on-call rotations.
