SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER

About the Company

We are a technology-driven company building software products designed to deliver genuine value to users at scale. Our engineering organization focuses on turning promising SaaS concepts and prototypes into reliable, production-grade applications that can support real users and sustained growth.

We value thoughtful engineering, modern development practices, strong technical standards, and practical use of technology. We are particularly interested in modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted coding and automated approaches to architecture and delivery, while maintaining a high bar for software quality and reliability. About the Role

We are looking for a world-class Senior Full Stack Developer who views code as a craft and technology as a tool for positive impact. You will join an ambitious engineering team responsible for taking core SaaS prototypes into production-grade, highly scalable software.

This role is suited to an experienced engineer who can work confidently across the front end and back end, make sound architectural decisions, and take ownership of production quality. You will be expected to combine strong development fundamentals with a willingness to use modern developer tooling to improve delivery speed without compromising reliability.

A major focus of the role is transforming existing application builds into polished, dependable products that can operate at scale. You will contribute to architecture, implementation, testing, quality standards, release readiness, and ongoing product improvement. Key Responsibilities

Production Refinement: Transform core application builds into highly reliable, high-performance, production-ready SaaS platforms.

AI Tooling Integration: Use modern developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering quality.

Full Stack Development: Design and implement robust front-end interfaces together with scalable back-end architectures.

Quality Assurance: Enforce strong coding standards, thorough testing practices, clean architecture, and disciplined engineering processes.

Scalability & Reliability: Identify technical risks and improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and readiness for production scale.

Architecture & Technical Decisions: Contribute to practical architectural decisions that support maintainable codebases and continued product evolution.

Continuous Delivery: Support fast, reliable feature delivery through modern development, testing, and release practices.

Success Profile

Metrics
