Have a proven record in luxury personal shopping or private client management • Are top performers with a client book/CRM focus within their mono brand • Possess a strong, established client portfolio or high-value network (UHNW/HNW) • Operate with discretion, emotional intelligence, and commercial awareness • Either have broad multi-fashion lifestyle category expertise OR a deep specialism (particularly in Fine Jewellery).
