Senior Receptionist (Healthcare) - Filipino

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Senior Receptionist with healthcare experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming attitude, and the ability to efficiently manage front desk operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to patients and visitors while supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the healthcare facility. - Manage patient appointments, registrations, and records accurately and confidentially. - Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization. - Assist with billing and insurance documentation as needed. - Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report generation. - Train and mentor junior reception staff to uphold service standards. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality policies.
