We’re currently seeking a highly skilled sales account manager or business development manager to work in our company 5 days per week handling quotes, answering customer queries, providing order status updates and communicating with suppliers about production of items for customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and customer service to enter a company on Australian time zone, with a proven track record of company growth and career progression.

You will be tethered to a sales manager for a period of time and become their clone before eventually moving in to senior sales where you will be able to work autonomously, have your own group of clients with the potential to earn commission on your sales.

There is NO Cold calling. The majority of all leads and customer queries come directly to us through website lead generation and are warm - Reaching out to those customers via telephone would be part of the quoting process but there is no cold calling or cold outreach.

Prior experience in the print and promotional product industry (USA, UK or Australian companies) would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions over email.
  • Filtering and forwarding customer requests to correct departments.
  • IE: Invoicing and payment queries to accounts, Design and artwork changes to design team)
  • Calculating margins and preparing quotes for customers.
  • Following up pending quotes and proposals.
  • Chasing suppliers by email for order status updates.
  • Communicate internally regarding processes and tasks.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be

  • Be Highly proficient in English both written and verbal.
  • Have a background in sales.
  • Be Free thinking with strong problem solving & negotiating abilities.
  • Be Available to work full time during the Australian time zone.
  • Be able to provide their own equipment with fast internet connection.

Opportunities and remuneration

  • Starting base between 70,000 to 80,000 PHP per month based on experience. (We need rock stars)
  • Semi-flexible working hours (Start and finish times flexible).
  • Career growth with options to expand into senior sales or customer service.
  • Potential for full autonomy as a senior sales person earning commissions on sales.
  • Salary is negotiable for very strong applicants with proven experience in sales.
