Position Overview

We're hiring a Videographer to join our fast paced media team. As a key member of our video production unit, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content, crafting engaging visual stories, and delivering impactful content across news bulletins, social media, and brand campaigns. Your work will shape how our stories are told and seen across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce professional-quality videos for news segments, brand promotions, and social media.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and field shoots.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, producers, and on-screen talent to create engaging video narratives.
  • Ensure all footage aligns with the company’s brand identity and storytelling standards.


Post-Production

  • Edit video content using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • Perform color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics to achieve broadcast-level quality.
  • Select and edit photos for digital, print, and social media use.
  • Repurpose long-form video and photo content into short-form, platform-optimized assets (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels).


Content Strategy & Innovation

  • Stay current with trends in video and photography production, particularly for social media and digital-first storytelling.
  • Optimize content for multiple platforms, ensuring maximum engagement.
  • Collaborate with editorial and media teams to brainstorm new creative approaches to visual storytelling.


 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional videography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with multi-camera shooting, lighting setups, and high-quality audio recording.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and composition
  • Fluent English


Nice to Have

  • Background in news broadcasting, events, or brand content.
  • Experience with drone videography/photography.
  • Skills in motion graphics, 3D rendering, or virtual production.
  • Knowledge of scriptwriting or storyboarding.
