We're Hiring: Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist

Greco Promotions is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to support multiple brands through content creation, graphic design, social media management, digital marketing initiatives, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
  • Develop graphics, reels, videos, marketing materials, and other digital assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Produce visual storybooks, catalogs, and branded content that showcase products and services
  • Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and marketing copy aligned with brand tone
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent branding across multiple accounts
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and emerging content opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and content strategies
  • Track content performance and provide insights for growth and optimization
Qualifications
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with video editing for social media content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations, catalogs, storybooks, or marketing materials
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of social media best practices and basic SEO principles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with WordPress or blog publishing platforms
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Background in marketing, events, sports, promotional products, or branded merchandise
  • Basic photography or product photography skills
