  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must score B2 or Level 8 on the English Proficiency Assessment
  • At least an Old Curriculum/High School Graduate
  • Ability to work in a non-scripted environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
