About the role

We are searching for a dynamic Junior Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Junior Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and executing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing efforts and connect with our audience through various social media platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitoring social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and engaging with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and implementing social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize our social media strategy.
- Assisting in the management of influencer partnerships and outreach initiatives to expand our brand reach and visibility.


About you

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles is preferred.
