Social Media Manager | Remote

Virtua Solutions Outsourcing is seeking a versatile, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital footprint across all corporate and social channels. In this role, you will be embedded directly within our core Marketing Team, responsible for designing and executing a multi-platform strategy that elevates our brand, drives inbound interest, and engages both potential BPO clients and top-tier remote talent globally.

You should be equally comfortable running targeted B2B thought-leadership campaigns on professional networks as you are building a vibrant community, driving recruitment marketing, and producing visual content across video-centric platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Platform Content Strategy & Production
  • End-to-End Content Ownership: Oversee, plan, and create high-quality content for all Virtua Solutions official platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a structured, optimized content calendar delivering 3 to 5 high-impact posts per week (12–20 posts per month) per targeted platform.
  • Multimedia Production: Produce engaging written copy, eye-catching visual graphics, and short-form/long-form video elements. Advanced hands-on proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut (or Adobe Creative Suite) is strictly required.
  • Executive & Brand Thought Leadership: Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to ghostwrite and publish compelling thought-leadership pieces, boosting executive presence on LinkedIn.
  • Marketing & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Marketing Team, Lead Gen/Paid Ad specialists, and Leadership for creative brainstorming, campaign alignment, and final approval workflows.
2. Social Listening, Crisis & Community Management
  • Active Audience Engagement: Monitor channels daily and promptly respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries to foster a responsive, "people-first" brand identity.
  • Social Listening & Escalation Handling: Implement social listening practices to capture brand mentions, manage social escalations globally, and maintain a high standard of reputation management.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Support: Partner with HR/Recruitment to run strategic hiring campaigns, culture posts, and employee spot-checks that showcase Virtua Solutions' workplace environment.
3. Campaign Execution, Paid Social & Performance Analytics
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads) aligned with company growth goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), audience growth, reach, conversion rates, and engagement across all social touchpoints using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Hubspot).
  • Monthly Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly analytics reports with clear insights, actionable recommendations, and ROI metrics for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Digital/Social Media Manager or Program Manager, with a strong track record handling multiple corporate channels—specifically within the BPO, IT, Outsourcing, or SaaS industries.
  • Expert knowledge of B2B and B2C social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X/Twitter).
  • Advanced skills in Canva and CapCut for fast-paced graphic and video content creation. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), CRM/Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and PM tools (Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion).
  • Exceptional written English, storytelling, and copy-editing skills, with the flexibility to adapt tone between corporate B2B messaging and engaging culture/recruitment content.
  • Prior experience in handling corporate escalation protocols and online community management.
